Resilience
Counseling and coaching - in English and Dutch
We offer resilience counseling and coaching in person, in a very pleasant practice space in Galicia. We are located in the beautiful south of the Province of Lugo, at the foot of the mountains, and can take you on a walk there if you like.
Come to us if you feel stuck in life, or even believe that you are 'not good enough' as a person! You may well have been telling that to yourself until it became a self-fulfilling prophecy…
We can help you cope with troubles and traumas, see things in a different light, and get back on your feet again. We have done that many times, and can help you build the skills to become more resilient!

We bieden nu ook counseling en coaching in veerkracht en weerbaarheid, in onze prettige praktijkruimte in Galicië. We zitten in het prachtige zuiden van de provincie Lugo, aan de voet van de bergen en kunnen je ook meenemen op een wandeling daar.
Of je nou ergens in vastloopt, behoefte hebt aan een ander perspectief op je situatie, of zelfs denkt dat je 'niet goed genoeg' bent... Wij zijn heel wat gewend en helpen je graag weer op de rit. Samen kunnen we kijken hoe je meer veerkracht en weerbaarheid kunt opbouwen.
